Building a fire (new and improved version)
Here’s a short tutorial on laying a fire. The last one was really long, had a lot of brilliant exposition, and attracted too much commentary about how I was long-winded and no one had time for all that. So here you go! The short version!
One piece of fat wood, two tiny logs, four regular logs, one match, and you are good to go. Just remember to open the damper first!
